Audit

Audit means an examination and verification of company's records and supporting documents by professionals. Companies Act 1956 provides that the Company has to obtained certificates from professionals for conducting Audit of financials of the Company, secretarial records of the company and documents filed by the Company with government authorities.

CorpAge conducts the Audits of the records of the Company for issuing Compliance Certificate or for registration of transfers and other secretarial matters.

Compliance Certification

As per Section 383A of the Companies Act, 1956, every company whose paid up share capital is Rs.10 lacs or more and upto Rs.2 Crores is required to get the certificate from a Practicing Company Secretary which is called as Compliance Certificate to the effect that the company has complied with the points contained therein.

Secretarial Audit

We provide voluntary Secretarial Audit services to those companies who wish to look out more transparent Secretarial compliance. The major difference between the Compliance Certificate and Secretarial Audit is that the Secretarial audit is conducted in detail which is very exhaustive.

Share Transfer Audit

The RTAs are required to conduct Share Transfer Audit every half year to make the transfer transactions more transparent. We provide the RTA audit services for Share Transfer Agents and the listed companies.
